Your industry

Pick your industry and see how your problem gets solved.

One platform that starts with your industry's language and ready-made settings.

  • Pharmaceutical warehouses

Short-dated stock gets forgotten on the shelf, and pulling records together for an inspection takes hours.

    • Scan the 2D code; product, lot and expiry date fill in automatically.
    • First-expired, first-out (FEFO) picking and early warnings for lots nearing expiry.
    • Quarantine in one move; who changed what and when is on record.
    Details: Pharmaceutical warehouses
  • 3PL and logistics

Work you did never reaches the invoice, and customers keep calling to ask where their stock stands.

    • Each customer's stock is kept, shown and reported separately.
    • Warehouse work turns into charges by rate card; the draft invoice is ready for you.
    • Your customers see their own stock, orders and invoices in a portal.
    Details: 3PL and logistics
  • Food and cold chain

Product close to its best-before date stays on the shelf, and waste grows.

    • What expires first ships first (FEFO).
    • Stock below the remaining shelf life an order asks for is not picked.
    • Quality control at receiving; nothing is released for sale until approved.
    Details: Food and cold chain
  • E-commerce and retail

Picking errors climb on peak days, and returns take too long to get back into stock.

    • Wave, batch and zone picking; orders that must make the carrier cut-off go first.
    • Scan, verify, pack at the packing station, with a suggested carton.
    • Returns are inspected and, if fit, back in stock the same day.
    Details: E-commerce and retail

A day with Zagru One

A warehouse day, morning to evening, on one platform.

Five steps from the start of the shift to the end of the day, each next to the product's own screen.

  1. 01Morning

    Shift overview

Start the day with the occupancy of your warehouses, open orders and work that needs attention. Tasks land with the right person.

Warehouse list: occupancy and open orders for each warehouse.
On screen: Warehouse list: occupancy and open orders for each warehouse.
  2. 02Late morning

    Receiving

Inbound trucks are booked to a dock by appointment. Scan the 2D code and lot and expiry fill in. Goods that arrive without a delivery note go to a supervisor for approval.

Approval for goods received without a delivery note: the decision data, approve or reject.

  3. 03Midday

    Picking and packing

Orders are grouped into waves by carrier cut-off, and tasks go to the handhelds. At the packing station: scan, verify, pack, with a suggested carton.

The warehouse's operations hub: receiving, cycle counts and stock transfers in one place.

  4. 04Afternoon

    Shipping

Trailers are moved to a free dock for loading; only docks that are available right now are offered. Shipments are grouped into loads and the stop sequence is planned.

Moving a trailer in the yard: only empty slots and free docks are listed.

  5. 05End of day

    Reports and invoicing

Ready-made reports and dashboards sum up the day. In 3PL, every piece of work becomes a charge by rate card and the draft invoice waits for your approval. Tomorrow's count is planned.

Planning a count: warehouse, count type, zone and start time.

What's different?

It fits your operation, and you stay in control.

  1. 01

Set up to your processes, without writing code.

Workflows, rules, forms and screens change through settings. Every change is approved before it goes live.

  2. 02

Who changed what, and when, is always known.

Every change is recorded with its before and after values. That is the record you show an auditor.

  3. 03

Your data never mixes with anyone else's.

Each customer's data is kept separate at database level. It runs in the cloud; installation on your own servers is available on request, as a project.

  4. 04

How do we start?

Four steps, no surprises.

At the end of every step, you decide whether to continue.

  1. 30-minute introduction

We listen to your operation: warehouses, processes and the systems you use.

  2. Demo with your data

We run it together on screen, with your own products and one of your flows.

  3. Pilot

We start with one warehouse and one process, and write the success criteria together up front.

  4. Go-live

Users are trained, data is migrated and the operation moves to Zagru One.

FAQ

What warehouse managers ask us first.

Does it work with our existing ERP?

Yes. Zagru One talks to your ERP through an open API or file transfer (CSV, SFTP); an EDI connection is in development. We do the field mapping together. There are no ready-made connectors for specific ERP brands today. Accounting and payroll stay in your ERP.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on scope: the number of warehouses, the processes and the systems to connect. We start with an introduction and a demo on your own data. Before going live we run a pilot in one warehouse with one process, and we put the timeline in writing in our proposal.

Where is our data stored?

Zagru One runs in the cloud, with the option of an environment dedicated to you. Each customer's data is kept separate at database level. Installation on your own servers is available on request. We agree on the region your data lives in during the proposal stage.

What happens to the data in our old system?

Customer and supplier records, products, locations, prices, expected receipts and open orders load from CSV files through an import wizard. We agree on the approach for opening stock and historical records as part of the scope.

How is it priced?

Pricing depends on the size of your operation, the deployment type (cloud or your own servers) and the modules you choose. Our pricing page explains the model; we put your proposal in writing after we talk.
