What buyers ask us first.
Is it for companies with their own warehouses, or for 3PLs?
Both. The same platform runs a manufacturer's or retailer's own warehouse and a 3PL running warehouses for many customers.
How do you handle our specific requirements?
Through settings. Rules, workflows, screens, forms and labels change without code, and every change is approved before it goes live. There are no customer-specific code branches, so updates never become extra work for you.
Does it replace our ERP?
No. Accounting, payroll and HR stay in your ERP. Zagru One connects to it through the API or files (an EDI connection is in development) and takes over warehouse and transport operations. There are no ready-made connectors for specific ERP brands today.
What can AI do with our data?
The AI assistant is in early access and switched off by default. When enabled, it queries your operational data, proposes waves and explains why a decision was made. It works with the user's permissions and leaves risky actions for your approval.
Does it support Turkish e-documents?
In development. We are working on the connection to accredited e-invoice, e-archive and e-waybill providers; we don't offer live submission today. We cover it openly in the pilot and go-live plan.
Where does it run?
In the cloud, with the option of an environment dedicated to you. Each customer's data is kept separate at database level. Installation on your own servers is available on request, as a project.
