Pilot programme

Try it in your own warehouse, with your own data.

See Zagru One in your real operation before you decide. Scope and success criteria are written up front; if the result doesn't convince you, you don't have to continue.

The risk is on us

The rules of the pilot are clear from day one.

  1. 01

    A narrow, clear scope

We start with one warehouse or one process, for example receiving and put-away.

  2. 02

    Success criteria in writing

We write down what we will measure before the pilot starts, and look at the same list together at the end.

  3. 03

    Your data stays yours

At the end of the pilot we hand over all of your data; our team helps with the export.

  4. 04

    The right to walk away

If the result doesn't convince you, you don't have to continue. The decision is yours.

FAQ

Questions about the pilot.

What data does the pilot need?

Product records, warehouse locations and a period of sample order data are enough. We agree in the introductory call how the data comes in: file or API.

Do we have to switch off our current system?

No. The pilot runs within the agreed scope; your current system can keep running until you decide.

What happens if we don't continue after the pilot?

We hand your data over through the API and reports, with our team's help, and the pilot ends there. You are under no obligation to continue.

Can we run the pilot on our own servers?

Starting in a dedicated cloud environment is the shortest route. Installation on your own servers is available on request and assessed as a project.
