Problem: Lots and expiry dates are typed by hand.
Receive and ship by scanning the 2D code
AvailableScan the 2D code and the product, lot, serial number and expiry date fill themselves in. The same scan at receiving, packing and shipping.
Pharmaceutical warehouses
Scan the 2D code and the lot, serial number and expiry date fill themselves in. Picking follows expiry dates, and quarantined stock cannot ship.
Sound familiar?
Short-dated stock gets forgotten on the shelf; by the time anyone notices, it's too late.
Lots and expiry dates are typed in by hand at receiving; mistakes surface at shipping.
When a supplier flags a lot, finding which shelves it sits on takes hours.
In an audit, answering "who changed this record, and when?" takes days.
With Zagru One
Each fix shows its status. Zagru One does not file ITS (Turkey's drug tracking system) notifications today; we say so plainly in the roadmap box below.
Problem: Lots and expiry dates are typed by hand.
Scan the 2D code and the product, lot, serial number and expiry date fill themselves in. The same scan at receiving, packing and shipping.
Problem: Short-dated stock stays on the shelf.
Pick lists follow expiry dates: what expires first ships first. Lots nearing expiry show up as alerts in advance.
Problem: Nobody knows where a lot is.
See which shelf each lot is on, how much of it there is and what state it's in. Stock can be tracked by serial number.
Problem: Suspect stock gets shipped by mistake.
Quarantine or block a suspect lot in one step. Held stock is never suggested for picking and cannot ship.
Problem: Cold-chain products end up on the wrong shelf.
Each product carries a temperature class. Cold-chain products are put away only to shelves of the matching class.
Problem: Pulling records together for an audit takes days.
Who changed what and when is logged, with the before and after values. With the pharma settings the log is kept for 10 years.
Problem: Pharmacy deliveries are planned by hand.
Group pharmacy orders into vehicle loads and plan the order of stops.
Problem: Recall steps are scattered.
A workflow that brings recall initiation, notification and approval together is in development. Today you block the recalled lot in one step.
Problem: Temperature at receiving is written on paper.
Recording the product temperature measured at receiving is in development.
Real screens
Approvals, counts and warehouse management. These are general product screens; the pharma settings use the same screens.

Unretouched product screens. Company and warehouse names on screen are sample data.
A sample day
An illustrative scenario, not taken from a real customer. Times and steps are examples and use only features available today.
The supervisor sees lots nearing expiry in the alert list and pending approvals on the approvals screen.
Cases are scanned with a handheld; lot, serial and expiry come from the 2D code. Cold-chain stock is directed to a matching shelf.
A supplier flags a lot. It is quarantined in one step and drops off the pick lists.
Orders are picked by expiry date, verified by scanning again at packing and grouped into a vehicle load.
Stock adjustments go through a second person's approval. Who changed what is on record.
Compliance and audit
Change log
Every change is logged with who made it, when, and the before and after values. With the pharma settings, records are kept for 10 years.
Approved stock adjustments
Stock adjustments don't take effect until a second person approves them. Critical process steps can also be tied to an approval flow.
Quarantine with a reason
When stock is quarantined or put on hold, the reason (quality check, recall and so on) is recorded.
Zagru One has no connection to ITS. We don't claim approval by Turkey's medicines agency (TİTCK) or a Good Distribution Practice certificate. Zagru One keeps the records that support your own processes in an audit.
FAQ
Not today. ITS notifications (purchase, sale, return, deactivation) are on our roadmap; we don't give dates. Today you scan the 2D code to capture lot, serial and expiry, and keep filing ITS notifications the way you do now.
With Android handhelds (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic) or a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner. The product code, lot, serial number and expiry date in the 2D code are parsed into their own fields.
You see which shelves hold the recalled lot and how much, and block the lot in one step; blocked stock is not picked or shipped. A workflow that runs the recall end to end is in development. A screen that shows in one report which pharmacy received the lot doesn't exist yet.
Cold-chain products carry a temperature class and are put away only to matching shelves. Temperature recording at receiving is in development. We don't take continuous temperature readings from sensors in the warehouse.
Walk us through your process from receiving to shipping, and we'll show you Zagru One with your own data.
