Frequently asked questions

What does the "In development" label mean?

Part of that feature is already built in Zagru One, but it isn't finished end to end: either the live connection to the outside system (a marketplace, a carrier, an e-invoicing provider) isn't switched on yet, or the screen is missing. It isn't available for use today. Features labelled "Available" work end to end today.

What do the ready-made industry settings include?

Industry-specific product fields, receiving checks, stock rotation rules (such as first-expired, first-out), approval flows, reports and dashboards. You pick them at setup, then adapt them to your process without writing code.

What if our process doesn't fit the industry settings?

Workflows, rules, forms and screens are configured without code. Every change goes through approval before it goes live, and it is logged.
