Questions about pricing.
How long is the contract?
The term and payment conditions are written into the quote. If you prefer to start with a pilot, its scope and length are also written up front.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data is yours. You can export reports and lists and access your data through the API. When you leave, our team also helps with the transfer.
Can we add another area later?
Yes. An area you don't use at first, such as transport management or the customer portal, can be switched on later. The quote is updated accordingly.
Are setup and training included?
The scope of setup and training is written plainly into the quote.
