Zagru SenseLocal-first personal agent platform
Your enterprise software, now listening.
Instead of drowning in screens, people ask their own agent — from a phone app or Telegram. Sense understands the request, acts in your business applications as that user, and answers the way your company wants.
Early access — we are onboarding a small number of design partners.
Illustrative interface
One question. Twelve records checked. Nothing sent without a yes.
Tool activity is visible, answers come back as records you can open, and anything that changes data waits for a confirmation in the chat.
Illustration: a user asks Sense on their phone which shipments are late; Sense checks 12 shipments, lists 3 late ones, and asks for approval before sending delay notices. The model runs locally, inside the company.
What it does
An agent for everyone. Authority for no model.
- 01
Talk from the phone
An installable app (PWA) is the main channel, with Telegram as an option that is off by default. Turkish and English, light and dark, phone first.
- 02
Act as the user — never above them
Sense calls your applications with the user's delegated permissions. The application's own access rules and audit trail apply; the model never gains a privilege.
- 03
Agents that work while you don't
Chat, scheduled, event-triggered (for example when a shipment status changes), inbound-message and manual agents — deterministic steps, with a model only where one is needed.
- 04
Answers with their sources
Help centre, SOPs and contracts become searchable knowledge with local embeddings and hybrid search. Every answer cites its source, and every passage respects the reader's permissions.
- 05
Describe it. Review it. Then run it.
Say what you need and a local model drafts the agent. Nothing runs until it is saved; a read-only dry run, versions and rollback come with it.
How it works
How a request becomes an action.
Every step is a workflow you can read. The model is one tool among many, not the one in charge.
Ask
In the app or Telegram, in plain Turkish or English.
Plan
The agent runs its workflow: queries, branches and templates, with a model call only where language needs one.
Act as the user
Tool calls go to the business app over MCP with the user's delegated permissions.
Guard
Risk level, in-chat confirmation, human approval and budgets are checked before anything changes.
Answer
A reply, a record card or a notification — and an audit entry for every model and tool call.
Four levels of risk. One rule: a human decides the big ones.
- 01ReadRuns automatically
- 02RecommendRuns automatically
- 03Low-risk actionConfirm in the chat
- 04High-risk actionAlways a human approval
Real screens
The real app. On a real phone.
Screens from the Zagru Sense app, captured from a running installation with demo data. The app is Turkish and English; these captures are in Turkish.

Security and data
The data never leaves the building. By default.
No message, document, embedding or log leaves your installation unless a tenant explicitly allows it.
Local first
Local models are the default. A cloud model is a per-tenant decision, with explicit consent and an audit record.
No new privileges
Delegated OAuth: Sense can only do what the user can do, and the business app's own audit records it.
Prompt-injection defence
Inbound content is treated as untrusted. Each agent has a tool allow-list and a budget.
Isolation and secrets
Row-level security on every table and AES-256-GCM for secrets. Field-level masking where data is sensitive.
Every call audited
Each model call and each tool call is recorded — who asked, what ran, what changed.
KVKK and GDPR
Personal data can be exported or deleted on request, per user and per tenant.
In the suite
Sold on its own. Stronger together.
Sense acts in Zagru One on the user's behalf, with ready-made agents for daily operations. It also connects to any application that exposes an MCP server or an OpenAPI description — so it is sold on its own, too.
Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Does our data go to a cloud AI provider?
Not by default. Sense runs on local models on your own hardware. A cloud model can be enabled per tenant, with explicit consent, and every call is audited.
Can the agent do something the user cannot?
No. Sense calls your applications with the user's delegated permissions, so the application's own access rules and audit trail apply to every action.
Do we need Zagru One?
No. Zagru One is the first connected application, with ready-made agents. Sense connects to any application that exposes an MCP server or an OpenAPI description.
What hardware does it run on?
The reference installation is a single high-memory Apple Silicon machine on site. Private cloud, or SaaS with an outbound-only relay, are also supported.
Can our customers use it as well?
Yes. External users get their own agents, limited to reading and recommendations by default — for example, "Where is my shipment?".
Is it available today?
Zagru Sense is in early access. We are working with a small number of design partners; request a demo to join.
