Questions you may have
Which handhelds does it work with?
The Android handheld app works with Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic devices as well as USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners. It keeps working when the connection drops and sends the queued operations in order once it is back.
Can we run several warehouses and customers in the same system?
Yes. Your warehouses are set up on the same platform, and each customer's stock is held under its own ownership and reported separately.
How does it talk to our ERP?
Through the API, files (CSV or SFTP) or EDI files. We map the fields together with you during onboarding.
