Every task done in the warehouse shows up on the invoice.

From receiving to dispatch, from storage to value-added services, every task turns into a charge by the customer's tariff. The draft invoice is ready; you approve it.

The Today screen: records to handle first, their status and the action buttons beside them.
A screen from the productInvoices awaiting approval are among the day's decisions too.

What gets easier

What gets easier for your finance team

  • Contracts and rate cards

Each customer gets its own contract and tiered tariff; tariffs are versioned, so past work keeps its old price.

  • Event-based charging

Storage, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, returns, labour and value-added services turn into charges by rule.

  • Draft invoices and approval

The billing run produces draft invoices at period end and never issues them by itself; credit notes are available when needed.

  • Unbilled work list

Work that was done but has not yet become a charge is listed, so nothing slips through.

  • Profitability

Quoted, contracted, accrued and actual amounts appear side by side per customer and per job.

  • Receivables follow-up

Reminders for overdue receivables and cost accruals are followed in the same place.

Are e-invoices sent?

Yes. Invoices are prepared in the UBL-TR format and sent as e-invoices or e-archive invoices through a private integrator; we set up the connection together in the onboarding plan.

How do invoices reach our accounting system?

Invoices and charges are passed to your accounting system through the API or files. We map the fields together.
