Whatever the sales channel, the order leaves the same day.

Orders from your web shop and marketplaces land in one list and are picked and packed in the warehouse around carrier cut-off times. Prices and product content are managed separately for each channel.

What gets easier

What gets easier for your e-commerce team

  • Channel orders in one list

Web shop and marketplace orders land in the same order model; you can see which channel each order came from and where it stands.

  • Price list per channel

Sale and strike-through prices for each channel and product, calculated with your markup, VAT, commission and rounding rules.

  • Waves by cut-off time

Orders that must make the cut-off are picked first; discrete, batch and zone picking go to the handheld as tasks.

  • Packing and carton proposals

Scan, verify and pack at the packing station; a suitable carton size is proposed for the order.

  • Same-day return intake

Returned goods are inspected and, if fit, go back into stock and on sale the same day.

FAQ

Questions you may have

Which marketplaces do you connect to?

Order and stock connections with Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce are ready. Orders can also come in through the API or bulk CSV import; we plan your channels together during onboarding.

Are courier labels printed from the system?

Yes. Courier labels and tracking with Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, PTT, Sürat and HepsiJet run from Zagru One; you can also design and print your own labels and documents.

How do we keep up with order peaks during campaigns?

Waves are built around cut-off times and batch picking avoids walking to the same rack again and again; the team sees first the work that must leave first.
