From supplier to shelf, quality recorded at every step.

Supplier orders become expected receipts in the warehouse, incoming goods go through quality control, and deviations close with corrective action. Your suppliers' performance is measured as you work.

What gets easier

What gets easier for your procurement and quality team

  • Expected receipts from supplier orders

Purchase orders arrive through the API or CSV and become expected receipts in the warehouse; the received quantity is compared with the order.

  • Supplier scorecard

On-time delivery, quantity accuracy, damage and document accuracy are updated with every receipt and every night.

  • Incoming quality control

Inspection results and decisions are recorded; until approved, goods stay in quarantine and cannot be used.

  • Corrective and preventive action (CAPA)

Deviation, root cause, actions and effectiveness check in one record, linked to control tower work items and quality control.

  • Destruction records

Goods to be destroyed are approved with an e-signature and taken out of stock in the same operation.

  • Kitting and light assembly

A work order opens tasks; when they are done, components leave stock and the kit is created.

FAQ

Questions you may have

Is there production planning (MPS, MRP)?

Yes. The master production schedule (MPS) and material requirements planning (MRP) work on the same data as kitting and light assembly work orders; a shortage becomes a purchase requisition.

How does a quality decision affect stock?

Stock awaiting quality or in quarantine is not suggested for picking and cannot be shipped. Once decided, it is released for use or set aside for destruction.
